More Extreme Weather To Be Expected

Several U.S scientists are warning the American people of more extreme weather conditions in a new CNN article. They are calling 2011 the year of extreme weather and we could not agree more. After watching Hurricane Irene, floods in Thailand and China and the Japanese earthquake to mention a few, natural disasters clearly seems to be an increasing trend.

We will not stop our hard work here at Life Cube to make sure that we get our instant relief shelters into the hands of first response organizations around the world. Our dedication to making relief efforts more efficient and more timely has just begun and we are extremely grateful for any support we receive. We need more of our friends and supporters to help us spread the word of the Life Cube so that more people become aware of the shelter technology that Life Cube has to offer.

Let's make 2012 the year of extreme weather PREPAREDNESS!

Less Than 5 Minutes to Deploy!

The Life Cube Team recently attended a business showcase in San Diego. We got a chance to show everyone that setting up the Life Cube really can take less than 5 minutes with only 2 people.

Check out the video of the deployment and feel free to subscribe to our new YouTube channel.

Life Cube Summer 2012 Update!

So far we have seen several natural disasters in 2012 and it doesn't seem like it's going to "ease up" any time soon. While writing this blog post, the Colorado wildfires are still going on and several devastating summer storms in the South East have just passed leaving homes destroyed and many more people injured.

What really concerns us here at Life Cube is the way that these firefighters and other first-responders are deployed in the field. There is a clear deficiency in the way we house our heroes today and we want to see that change asap. Even though we understand that budgets for rescue forces are being cut daily, we would still like to see these hard working rescuers sleep and work out of proper shelter systems when they are deployed in remote areas.

This is where the Life Cube can help! It is 2012 and we are still responding to disasters and emergencies in an extremely outdated way. It is sad to see that fire departments on a national level still don't have access to the Life Cube. But we are not giving up! We are striving to make sure that 2012 is the year when we introduce the Life Cube to the world! Next time our troops, fire fighters, and other emergency response personnel have to risk their lives to save others, let's make sure that they can be sheltered with dignity and safety.

We have lots of great things happening for Life Cube right now and many announcements are to be made this coming month so stay tuned and subscribe to this blog. Also follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook to show your support for the Life Cube.

Thank you!
